ECPL has provided Design, Engineering and Project Management Assistance for 160 TR Solar Air Conditioning System with Liquid Desiccant based Dehumidification System to replace electrically operated chiller Units in a Hospital.
Steam is generated from solar parabola. Generated steam is used to operate VAM to get chilled water for hospital air-conditioning and to generate cold drinking water. Part of steam is used to generate hot water which is used to run Liquid Desiccant system for air dehumidification. Generated hot water is also used in the hospital for laundry and bath purpose.
